1.0 Maintain monthly BOT minutes
- 1.1 Record minutes
- 1.2 Word process minutes
- 1.3 Send to BOT for review/corrections
- 1.4 Make copies of minutes for distribution at BOT meeting
- 1.5 Enter corrections
- 1.6 E-mail corrected minutes to Webmaster
- 1.7 File 1 paper copy of minutes and other papers/reports distributed at BOT meeting
2.0 Assist at all congregational meetings
- 2.1 Communicate issues to be voted upon at the direction of the BOT President
- 2.2 Create ballots for distribution to all members of the congregation
- 2.3 Record and word process minutes
- 2.4 Copy and distribute minutes to designated people
3.0 Maintain records of selected correspondence sent to PCUUC
4.0 Maintain records of all correspondence created by PCUUC
5.0 Revise Membership list once yearly based on names of inactive members
- 5.1 Review membership list to identify the names of members who have not been active in over 2 years.
- 5.2 Prepare tentative list of inactive members to present at the December BOT meeting.
- 5.3 Remove the names of people who have made a monitory contribution over the past 2 years from the list - based on input from the treasurer.
- 5.4 Send letter to remaining people to ask if they wish to continue to be considered members.
- 5.5 Revise membership list based on response to letter and notify BOT.
6.0 Send letters of appreciation, etc. as directed
7.0 Work with Web Master to create templates for typical correspondence
